Our Commitment to Transparency

We have developed this policy to ensure that you are fully informed of our return and refund procedures. This policy is designed to meet Google Merchant Center standards and to protect our UK-based customers.


14-Day Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must request a return via email: support@vobigoods.com

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@vobigoods.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item (if it is damaged or defective)

We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) if your request is approved.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • We will send a prepaid return shipping label if the product is damaged or wrong.

  • We do not charge restocking fees.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Contains the wrong item

  • Defective upon arrival

Please email us immediately at support@vobigoods.com with photos and a description. We will send a replacement free of charge, or you may opt for a full refund.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Wrong size or color

  • Incorrect product received

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We'll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take a few days to post.

  3. Contact your bank – processing delays may occur.

Notes

  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged items to reach you may vary.

  • We do not accept returns beyond 14 days from delivery unless otherwise stated.

  • Any promotional or free items returned without the original qualifying product may result in refund adjustments.
